Ruth has been in the Real Estate business for 16 years in the Orlando area and a Florida Real Estate Broker for the past 12 years, specializing in residential real estate. The International market has been her specialty for most of this time, with English, Irish, Scottish, Brazilian, and Saudi Arabian clientele. She is also well experienced in other facets of real estate including on site new home sales, resale properties and property management.

In the last 5 years, Ruth has been working in the 'Disney' area, selling short term rental properties to mainly the British market, a market that has been exceptionally 'hot' in the last 4 years due to the increase of the British pound (or perhaps the decrease of the American Dollar). This market has increased to include the American investor also, mainly 'snowbirds' from the north.
